Normal View in PowerPoint 2016 for Windows

PowerPoint 2016 continues providing several views that enable you to view and edit your slides. Unarguably, Normal view is the default and most often used view. This view displays one slide at a time in the Slide Area, and is used mainly for editing and creating slides, and shows PowerPoint's typical tri-pane interface that includes the Slides Pane, the Slide Area, and the Notes Pane.

Most of the time, you may work on a single slide in your PowerPoint presentation, but there are times when you want to copy, duplicate, reorder, or even delete a bunch of slides. It’s in scenarios like these that you will encounter PowerPoint 2016’s Slide Sorter view. Among the various views available in PowerPoint 2016 to play and edit your presentations, we have already covered both Normal view and Outline view. Although Slide Sorter view does not let you edit individual slide objects, it does let you work with the whole slide itself. We explore the amazing new 3D animation feature in PowerPoint for Office 365 subscribers. You can play with these five new animations that work with 3eD models inside PowerPoint. We then bring you Kite silhouette graphics that are already placed as PowerPoint native shapes, so that you can copy and paste them into Microsoft Office programs. We also explore Sankranti, an Indian harvest festival. We then interview Gregory Art of Slider App, who talks about the motivation to create this new program that complements PowerPoint.

PowerPoint 2016 for Mac users can learn about duplicating slides. PowerPoint 2013 for Windows users can explore identifying 32-Bit or 64-Bit versions. PowerPoint 2010 users can look at the Replace Font feature, while all PowerPoint for Windows users can explore how to download and install STAMP, the sub-titling add-in for video and audio files from Microsoft. Slide Master View in PowerPoint 2016 for Windows

Slide Master view is an important view within PowerPoint 2016. Why? Because, if you make any changes or edits within this view, these modifications will influence all slides within your presentation. For example, if you want to make your company logo appear on all the slides, you will have to add the logo within the Slide Master. If you want the font size of your slide titles to be a little larger or smaller, then those edits also need to be made in the Slide Master.
