Absolutely! All PowerPoint for Mac users can also use these templates, and since all downloads are actually ZIP files, you should have no problems at all.
Remember, all new Macs now include in-built ZIP support. So, all you need to do now is double-click a downloaded ZIP file, and within seconds, you'll see a folder of the same name.
Inside the folder is a POT or POTX file that you can open in all PowerPoint for Mac versions.
