We normally don't provide the third slide in the download since larger downloads increase our bandwidth costs -- to offset that we are going to launch CD collections of 200 templates each that will include the third slide, the actual backgrounds, and sample presentations.
The first of these CD collections will be launched later this year-- we plan to make this available at the low price of just $20 including shipping for 200 templates each -- until then we really cannot provide all these extras in the downloads!
