Corel PhotoPaint is an image editing package that comes very close to Adobe Photoshop's repertoire. It's packed with features galore - from the ability to edit movies, lots of extra filters and great export modules.

Ted's Digital Art Tutorials were developed using PhotoPaint 6 - although you can use them with all the later versions as well.
