Save PowerPoint as PDF in PowerPoint 2007 for Windows

Learn to create PDFs from your presentations in PowerPoint 2007 for Windows. Using options available, you can convert some or all slides to a PDF.

Often, you might want to convert your PowerPoint slides, handouts, or notes to a PDF that can be distributed. The biggest advantage of creating a PDF is that it can be viewed on any platform: Windows, Mac, or Linux, and it can also be password protected. You can also include slide transitions to some extent in PDFs created fropm PowerPoint, and make them play full screen to mimic a PowerPoint slide show.
