Product/Version: Microsoft PowerPoint 2007

Often, you might want to convert your PowerPoint slides, handouts, or notes to a PDF that can be distributed. The biggest advantage of creating a PDF is that it can be viewed on any platform: Windows, Mac, or Linux, and it can also be password protected. You can also include slide transitions to some extent in PDFs created fropm PowerPoint, and make them play full screen to mimic a PowerPoint slide show.

We'll cover these and more in this series:

  1. Getting Office 2007's Save as PDF Add-in
  2. Using the Office 2007 Save as PDF Add-in
  3. PDFs From PowerPoint Troubleshooting Issues
  4. Using Adobe's PDF Print Driver
