Articulate has released the Articulate Rapid E-Learning Studio Second Edition that combines two powerful products into one integrated package with everything you need to rapidly create e-learning courses from PowerPoint and develop custom quizzes, assessments and surveys. In addition to Articulate Presenter 5, the Rapid E-Learning Studio includes Quizmaker 2. When they started, Articulate and Breeze competed in the same areas - so much water has flowed under the bridge since then. I see great times ahead for Breeze as it gets more into webconferencing and integration with existing Macromedia technologies like FlashPaper and Captivate. Add to that the Macromedia-Adobe merger, and you might see PDF integrating with this as well.
Articulate on the other hand is progressing in a different direction - their strengths include interactivity and e-learning and I think they provide a better solution than Breeze for that market. Add to that, Articulate offers independent PowerPoint to Flash conversion on the desktop - also their Flash conversion is more faithful to the PowerPoint originals.
As you can see, comparing Articulate and Breeze is like comparing oranges and apples.
